  • Manage invoices with options to suspend, resume, or return orders.

Simple Guide to Features: Suspend Sale, Price Inquiry, and Returns

1. Suspending an Invoice (Suspend)

📌 When to Use It?

  • If a customer gets busy or temporarily leaves the store but wants to complete the purchase later.

How to Suspend an Invoice:

  1. While creating the invoice, click the Suspend button (yellow ⏸️ icon).
  2. The invoice will be saved with a unique order number.

To Resume Later:

  1. Go to the Suspend Orders list.
  2. Select the invoice → Click Resume.

2. Product Price Inquiry (Price Inquiry)

📌 When to Use It?

  • When a customer asks about a product price, but you don’t want to add it to the invoice yet.

How to Check a Price:

  1. Click Price Inquiry from the side menu.
  2. Scan the product barcode or enter the barcode number manually.
  3. The product details will appear, including:
    • Current price.
    • Available stock quantity.

3. Returning a Product ↩️ (Sell Return)

📌 Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returnable (as pre-set in the system).

How to Process a Return:

  1. Go to the Completed Orders list.
  2. Find the customer’s invoice (by name or invoice number).
  3. Click the ↩️ (Return) icon next to the invoice.
  4. Select the items to return → Set the quantity.
  5. Click Confirm → The system will automatically calculate the refund amount.

4. Practical Example

Scenario 1: A customer wants to return a damaged device:

  1. Find their invoice → Select the device → The system refunds the amount in cash or to the card.

Scenario 2: A customer asks about the price of a handbag:

  1. Use Price Inquiry → Scan the barcode → Inform them of the price without adding it to the invoice.
