What are Bundled Offers?

Bundled offers include multiple products sold together at a special price
(e.g., a gift box with coffee, a mug, and a cake).

These offers are created once in the accounting system and then automatically appear in the POS screen for quick use.


How to Create a Bundled Offer?

✅ From the Accounting System:

  1. Go to the Inventory section.
  2. Select "Create Bundle Offer" → Add the products to be included in the bundle.
  3. Set the total price of the bundle (usually lower than the sum of individual product prices).

How to Use a Bundle Offer in the POS?

✅ Select the Bundle Offer:

  1. From the POS screen, search for the bundle name (e.g., "Ramadan Offer").
  2. Click on it → A pop-up will show all included products and the total price.

✅ Add to Invoice:

  1. Click Add → The entire bundle is added as a single item in the invoice.

Practical Example

📌 Special Offer: "Buy a Laptop + Bag + Mouse for SAR 4,000 (instead of SAR 4,500)."

✅ When selecting this bundle in the POS:

  • A pop-up will display the three products included in the offer.
  • With one click, all items are added to the invoice at the discounted price.

Benefits of This Feature

  • Faster Sales: No need to add each product separately.
  • Boost Sales: Encourages customers to buy product sets at a discount.
  • Organized Offers: Manage all bundled offers from a single place in the accounting system.

Important Notes

  • Bundles are created outside the POS (only from the Accounting/Admin section).
  • Manual Price Updates: If a product price changes, the bundle must be updated manually in the accounting system.
