Here’s a step-by-step guide to closing your shift and reviewing all financial transactions effortlessly


1. What Appears in the End-of-Shift Report?

Basic Information:

  • Shift opening and closing time.
  • Cashier’s name.
  • Branch/Warehouse name.
  • Device used.

Cash & Card Payment Summary:

  • Total cash sales.
  • Refunded amounts (returns).
  • Opening cash balance (if entered).

Sales Summary:

  • Total sales before discounts.
  • Total discounts and offers applied.
  • Net sales (actual revenue after discounts and returns).

2. Steps to Close the Shift

  1. From the side menu, click Close Shift.
  2. Review all displayed data (sales, returns, cash balance).
  3. Click Close Session → The report will be saved automatically.
