Purpose & Scope

UGS is Centric’s data‑driven growth layer that unifies CRM, reporting, and KPIs. It consolidates operational data (sales, inventory, fulfillment, finance, HR) and surfaces actionable insights and playbooks for acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Who Uses This

Executives, sales/marketing leads, operations heads, finance leadership, and store managers.

Key Capabilities

  • Dashboards: Cross‑module live dashboards for revenue, margin, stock health, on‑time delivery, AR aging, and workforce metrics.
  • CRM & Pipeline: Leads, opportunities, stages, tasks, proposals, and goals.
  • Segmentation: Customer cohorts by RFM (recency/frequency/monetary), region, and channel.
  • Campaigns: Email/SMS hooks (templates, A/B targets) via integrated providers.
  • Exports: CSV/Excel/PDF; scheduled reports to stakeholders.
